[01:09.03]That's the guy who sits in the pentagon and organizes wars, [01:13.07]and the reason he was kept on was to show that there is, [01:17.56]there are both elements of discontinuity at the top [01:22.28]And very strong elements of continuity [01:26.71]And the reason for that, is that [01:31.25]if you wear Caesar's clothes, you have to behave like Caesar
