What do you desire? What makes you itch? What sort of a situation would you like? Let's suppose—I do this often in vocational guidance of students. They come to me and say, "Well uh,we're getting out of college and we haven't the faintest idea what we want to do." So I always ask the question: "What would you like to do if moeny were no object? What well,how would you really enjoy spending your life?" Well,it's so amazing as the the result of our kind of educational system, crowds of students say, "Well,we'd like to be painters,we'd like to be poets,we'd like to be writers." But as everybody knows you can't earn any money that way! Another person says,"Well,we'd like to an out-of-door's life and ride horses." I said,"Do you want to teach in riding school?" Uh...let's go through with it.What do you want to do? When we finally got down to something which the individual says he really wants to do, I will say to him,"You do that!And forget the money!" Uh...Because if you say that getting the money is the most important thing. you will spend your life completely wasting your time. You 'll be doing things you don't like doing, in order to go on living that is to go on doing things you don't like doing, which is STUPID! Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing than a long life spent in the miserable way! What If money was no object It would be funny there'd be no projects , scouts no longer looking for prospects , hookers no longer looking for hot sex, no colleges ,still organized learning , but comprised of only for what you have a yearning , no loans to default on , only form we taking is vultron , defending the very earth that we walk on , claiming you have a heart , but the pulse gone , replaced by a cold coin no more non profit groups , or mercenary troops , cause we'd all be doing what we love to do , and that's what we love to have done to ourselves , and by a bullet no one want's to get penetrated , and by a government wants to get incarcerated , but maybe my thoughts is jaded , tragedy rich is the only thought to determine whether or not you made it Maybe because the stars have faded , ever the get that feeling that you should know , or that your on the Truman show , sad life inside of a cubicle , when you have a talent that's unusual, dreams are the oil Yet The flame of the greed will destroy you we must not let it (3X ) dreams are the oil Yet The flame of the greed will destroy you we must not let it (3X ) dreams are the oil Yet The flame of the greed will destroy you we must not let it (3X ) dreams are the oil Yet The flame of the greed will destroy you we will not let it (3X ) Do wazir gray's matters matter through the black white and gray matter Be careful of the future you chase after Doubt comes, We must not let in We got dreams we must let out Trapped in trying to get out Pray you make the destination when you set out Some of us should change attitude Map quest your latitude off the avenue And some of ya'll would rather school I would agree that it's indeed the turn for all our seeds to learn Don't let a loan deferred be a dream deferred And pass up on ya'll goals in stead of one timing Open up the blinds on your eyes and let the sun shine in Let freedom ring louder than a blood diamond Dream are the oil, fuel for the fire Fire up the engine and use the new tires We know you work hard at times you too tired And get no credit but you not allowed to be sleepy fighting for dreams, the urge to quit seems easy and it could break you if it ever overtakes you but don't let it， don't let it And after all,if you do really like what you're doing, it doesn't matter what it is. You can't eventually turn it… uh you could eventually become a master of launch. The only way to become a master of something is to be really "WITH IT"! And then you'll be able to get a good fee for whatever it is. So you don't worry too much that everybody's… somebody's interested in everything. Anything you can be interested in, you'll find out very soon. But it's absolutely stupid to spend your time doing things you don't like, in order to go on spending things you don't like, doing things you don't like, and to teach your children to follow in the same track. Here what we're doing is what we're bringing up children and educating them to live the same sort of lives we're living, in order that that would… they may justify themselves and find satisfaction in life by bringing up their children to bring up their children to do the same thing. So it's all wretch and no vomit. It never gets there! And so therefore, it's so important to consider this question: "What do I desire?"
