Backlash - Noisestorm |
| [00:08.21] |
It's like we've worked for two entire decades |
| [00:10.96] |
Developing something that gives each of us |
| [00:13.16] |
The ability and access to express ourselves |
| [00:16.87] |
As individuals |
| [00:19.18] |
What happened to our freedom |
| [00:21.61] |
It seems like this is yet another force field |
| [00:23.91] |
The government has inflicted upon us to enable more control |
| [00:28.94] |
More power |
| [00:30.33] |
Why do we have the least of the say |
| [00:33.26] |
Why is it that the uneducated of the Internet |
| [00:35.43] |
Are the ones calling all the shots |
| [00:37.75] |
The ones that don't understand the concept of the world wide web |
| [00:42.89] |
Each and everyone of us is a product of the Internet |
| [00:46.65] |
The Internet is a product of us |
| [00:50.54] |
It has grown with us and nourished within our generation |
| [00:54.22] |
And as it stands now I will not let it be taken control of |
| [00:57.60] |
By some power hungry motherf**kers |
| [01:00.78] |
F**K S O P A |
| [01:57.57] |
The Internet allows us a chance at gaining more access |
| [02:00.76] |
To tools which would in turn |
| [02:02.15] |
Speed the process of learning communicating and sharing |
| [02:07.55] |
It enables us to gain awareness of what's happening across the globe |
| [02:11.55] |
And share what we see or hear |
| [02:14.64] |
Social networking sites have granted us the ability to share information that much easier |
| [02:20.36] |
Songs pictures videos |
| [02:24.11] |
How could something as simple as posting a link generated by the Internet |
| [02:27.87] |
Be classified as copyright infringement |
| [02:30.55] |
Therefore forcing sites to feel obligated to take them all down |
| [02:34.62] |
What would the Internet really be without rebloging reposting retweeting |
| [02:40.36] |
The Internet was created to make lives easier not harder |
| [02:46.06] |
The Internet was developed to break our limits not create them |
| [02:54.81] |
Oh yeah |
| [02:57.39] |
